Urban: Redan Lane Mosman sales kick off with two sales touching $20m

New apartment developer Prosker Property's inaugural residential project, Redan Lane, has achieved a pre-build sell-out within a week of its launch.

Redan Lane comprises seven exclusive apartments situated on the sought-after Balmoral Slopes in Mosman.

"From the very beginning we believed the good people of Mosman wanted large easy living Residences close to the Village, bathed in light with beautiful views and the market's response has affirmed this conviction," Prosker Founder and CEO Tim Foote said.

Among the pre-build sales was a Garden residence sold for $19.5 million and a mid-level four-bedroom unit sold for $19 million.

Before the launch of the $125 million development, a downsizing Mosman family secured the largest unit in the project, a 270 sqm ground floor garden apartment overlooking the Balmoral Slopes and the ocean.

The apartment boasts three bedrooms, two living areas, four bathrooms, and internal access to a garage. The outdoor space encompasses an additional 222 sqm, though notably, there is no swimming pool.

The collaborative effort involved Studio Johnston for architecture, Mim Design for interiors, and Dangar Barin Smith for landscaping. CBRE managed the sales campaign.

The three and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 205 sqm to 270 sqm. Three-bedroom units feature two private lock-up garages, each six meters wide, while four-bedroom apartments provide garaging for four cars. Every residence offers EV charging facilities.

Each apartment showcases integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances in the kitchen, internal gas fireplaces within a marble feature mantle, and a wine storage display adjoining a bar area. Extensive courtyards and terraces feature landscaped greenery, providing shade and privacy to alfresco areas.

While boutique developments like Redan Lane typically forgo a suite of amenities, residents will enjoy a Golf Room equipped with a full golf simulator.

Prosker is eyeing construction commencement early in the new year.
